Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes — we offer a maintenance plan at $300 AUD/month. Any issue, update, or tweak is covered. No scoping, no quotes, no waiting. Just reach out and we handle it.
What do I need to provide to get started?
At minimum: your goals, target audience, and any existing brand assets. The more context you give us, the better the outcome. We'll help you fill in the gaps during Discovery.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds per major deliverable are included in our standard process. In practice, clients rarely need both — our Discovery process means we're aligned from day one.
What happens after launch?
We support you for two weeks post-launch to handle any bugs or tweaks. After that, you own the site completely — code, assets, and documentation. We also offer a $300/month maintenance plan if you'd like us to keep handling everything ongoing.
Can you work with our existing branding?
Absolutely. We can work within your existing brand, refresh it, or help develop it entirely. We adapt to what your project needs.
How do payments work?
50% upfront to begin, 50% on final delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments.
